Faith in Full Color

Francesca was raised Catholic. Sebastian grew up Protestant. We opened a studio together — and it turns out you can see both of us on the walls.

Francesca's upbringing is all over her work: the sisters, the vivid colors, the ancient fish shaped like a cross, a crown of thorns against a field of red. The Catholic imagination is generous and unabashedly visual — it fills the frame, it loves a saint, and it has never been afraid to laugh at itself.

Sebastian's tradition leans the other way — toward restraint. Plainness and quiet. Whitewashed walls, clear light, one small figure on a vast still sea and nothing else competing for your attention.

Put the two of us together and you get a mixed collection. A few pieces are quiet enough to hang where you pray. Others will make your guests smile the second they walk in. That's what faith in full color looks like to us.

What we share is far older than what divides us — a carpenter who walked on water, a shepherd who left ninety-nine to find one, a light that came into the darkness and was not overcome. If that's your faith too, whichever pew you sit in, this artwork is for you.

We only release a piece when we'd hang it in our own home. Each one is printed on archival canvas and made to last for decades, and shipping is free across the lower 48.

We'd love to see where it lands in your home.
